‘Define neo space’, this is the theme of the showroom that we want to deliver to our customers. Inaugurated in 2020, this was FINEO’s first showroom and it is composed of the ‘core of FINEO’, telling its philosophy. FINEO’s headquarters was built around a new definition of a space that cares for every single interior material. It is an eco-friendly, warm, and family-centered space by FINEO designs. Through the showroom, people not only feel FINEO’s products, but the spaced is defined depending on the products. The showroom will be embellished by the provided diverse meaning of space, and it is a starting point in which the company expands FINEO’s concepts and quality with well-prepared organization.
This showroom is located in the Yousung building within Seoul, which constitutes the city of trends and the financial heart of Seoul. The exhibition space allows visitors and industry experts to discover the materials produced in the Hoengseong-gun plant and in the Wonju plant of Gangwon-do, in the Republic of Korea. Guests in the exhibition hall are accompanied by technical staff with expertise as well as sales managers who are trained to receive support and consulting on issues linked to the application of PVC tiles.

In 2020, Yousung flooring division expanded to LVT (Luxury Vinyl floor tile) production & supply business. Designed to be the most efficient LVT production base. Hoengseong factory is to have diverse LVT production lines with various additional production process.

We have been manufacturing VCT and PVC leather over 40 years in Wonju factory. Yousung C&F developed the PVC Deluxe Tile, the first of its kind in Korea, and is now exporting to oversea markets. Today, the Yousung C&F PVC Deluxe Tile can be found in people’s daily lives: in offices, shopping malls, and commercial areas worldwide.
